Our Furry Family (Registration Required ) 

Grades K-6  

Friday February 28 | 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. 

Our pets need many things from us to keep them happy and healthy. Students will explore what being a responsible pet guardian means for a variety of animals. This program is brought to you by the Dupage County Animal Services. There might be a surprise shelter pet visitor, if available that day. 

Please be aware of animal allergies if signing up for this program.

02/20/25 @ 9:00am - 02/20/25 @ 12:30pm Conference Room Bloomingdale Public Library Community Group The Nonprofit Leadership Advisory Forum is a capacity-building program for leaders of nonprofits that serve Bloomingdale Township residents. The program is funded by the Bloomingdale Township Mental Health Board and facilitated by Daniel Riemenschneider (Bloomingdale resident). Each monthly meeting is intentionally hosted in the community at the nonprofit's facility or a community site. (In the past, this has included the Glendale Heights Police Department, YWCA, NEDFYS, Bloomingdale Township, and NAMI.) I am filling out this form to explore the possibility of hosting this at the BPL. Additionally, it would be beneficial to receive a 10-15 minute tour of the facility to help forum members learn more about the resources available to the community.

Learn the basics of machine embroidery and create a small embroidered project. 

Registration Limit: 4 patrons max per session, Bloomingdale Public Library card required, ages 12 to adult. Please sign up for one session only. 

For Bloomingdale cardholders ages 12-17, please bring a completed Makerspace waiver filled out by a parent or legal guardian. Adult Bloomingdale cardholders can fill out a waiver at the session.
