WiFi Printing

Patrons have two options to wireless print.

1. Use Cloud Printing (No Software Required)

Go to the cloud printing page and follow the instructions. Prints will be paid for and printed at the Wireless Printing copy machine kiosk.

2. Install WiFi Printing Software

A) If you are a first time user:

  1. Click Here for Windows 2000/XP/7/8 users
  2. Click Here for Windows 10 users
  3. For Google Chrome Users:
    1. The download will appear in the bottom left corner of the window.
    2. When the download is finished click on it and then click "Run" to install.
  4. For Mozilla Firefox Users:
    1. The download will appear at the top right of the window.
    2. When the download is finished click on it and the click "Run" to install.
  5. For Internet Explorer Users:
    1. The download will appear along the bottom of the window.
    2. Click "Run" and when the download is finished the install will start.

  6. A small window will appear on the bottom right corner of your desktop.
  7. Click on Login, and then enter your library card number and PIN.
  8. At this point, any print job you submit to the "Wireless Printer" can be retrieved at the Copier Smart Kiosk.

B) If you are a returning user:

  1. Go to Start --> Programs --> Wireless Library Print System --> Wireless Print System
  2. A small window will appear on the bottom right corner of your desktop.
  3. Click on Login. Then Login with your Library Card Number and PIN.
  4. At this point, any print job you submit from your device can be retrieved at the Print Release Station.

Uninstalling Print Module from your laptop:

If you no longer need Library Wireless printing and are ready to uninstall the print module from your laptop, follow these steps:

Windows Users: Go to Start --> Programs --> Wireless Library Print System --> Uninstall Wireless Library Print System. This will completely remove the print module from your wireless device.

Mac Users: To uninstall, simply drag "Print Control" to the Trash.
