Application for Homebound Service

The Bloomingdale Public Library provides free delivery of materials to eligible patrons. You may qualify if you are:

  • A senior without a car
  • Physically handicapped
  • Permanently or temporarily homebound due to illness/surgery
  • A current Bloomingdale Public Library card holder
