At the appointment time, the taxpayer and spouse will come to the Senior Center NO EARLIER than 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment. You will call the desk for admittance and then meet with a counselor to review your Intake document. All forms MUST BE COMPLETED prior to your appointment. Then all your tax documents will be scanned into a secure folder, handed back to you and you will leave the facility. Your scanned documents will then be forwarded to a counselor for completion. The return will be reviewed for accuracy once it’s been completed by another counselor. Please note that you may be contacted by either the counselor or reviewer if there are questions regarding your return. You will return for a scheduled appointment at a later date to review your return and sign the form which allows Tax-Aide to e-file it. At that time, you will receive a printed copy of your return.
